Josephine is a dedicated educational leader and professional parenting coach committed to supporting families through the real and often complex challenges of parenting. Josephine partners with parents who may feel uncertain, unclear, or in need of reassurance, offering a grounded, compassionate space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Josephine provides individualized parent coaching and consultation grounded in three highly respected, research-supported frameworks: Systematic Training for Effective Parenting (STEP), the Logical and Loving Parenting Program, and the Positive Parenting Program. By integrating these approaches, Josephine equips parents with strategies to strengthen communication, respond to behavior with clarity and empathy, establish consistent and respectful boundaries, and confidently guide children through dysregulated emotions, challenges, productive struggle, and becoming comfortable with discomfort.
Josephine's approach is warm, relational, and deeply practical, grounded in natural and logical consequences and the principle of responsible parenting and educating rather than good parenting and educating. Josephine believes effective parenting grows from connection, trust, and shared partnership, and that parents deserve professional learning support just as much as children deserve nurturing care.
