Building Stronger Students: A Day Dedicated to Teaching Resilience
What an inspiring and meaningful day presenting “Teaching Resiliency to Our Students” with my wonderful colleague, @czaczag.
Together, we spent the day engaging educators from across grade levels in thoughtful conversations about how resilience is not simply something students have or do not have, but a set of skills, mindsets, and experiences that can be intentionally nurtured in our classrooms and school communities.
A special thank you to nationally recognized psychotherapist @tomkersting_ for sharing insights on the challenges today’s students face and the importance of building emotional strength and resilience.
